myRE360 has created relationships within every market to source credible and validated real estate deals for sale.

On myRE360, Hard Money Lenders are vendors who have an opportunity to vet the available deals and submit a bid to be a participant on the deal.  As such, you have the opportunity to add them to your team and utilize them on your deal.

The first step is to start communicating with the seller.  Once you start communicating with the seller, you will still need to actually put the property under contract (legally with the seller).  The status will change on myRE360 as it normally would on the MLS.

You do not purchase a deal through myRE360.  We provide a platform that allows you to source deals from reputable sellers.  You will still communicate with them and close your deal offline as you normally would in real life.  We provide the marketplace to create a successful real estate transaction.  When the transaction is complete, you will need to ensure the status is updated on myRE360 so that you can rate your transaction.
